Consultation & Design

The next business day we will be in touch to specify project details and soft schedule all steps including your installation. Your consultant and our interior design team will create a floor plan and 3D renderings for your space. We make up to 3 revisions based on your input to be sure that your space is perfect.

Final Review

Your specific floor plan, fabric and finish selections and quote are presented for your approval.

Pre Installation

Your project manager meets you and has an onsite team complete delivery and installation details.

Your professional installation team builds your custom office.

Your project manager and onsite team walks the job to be sure all products are correct and undamaged.

Quality Checks

Your consultant will arrange quarterly check-ins to be sure all products are in working order and discuss any needed changes to the space.

Refresh & Recycle

When your space is no longer meeting your needs you can update furniture at any time. Also on our subscription plans, if at the end of your term you no longer need your furniture, we will remove it from the space and recycle for no extra fee.

  1. What should I do first?If you are ready to start working on your next office project it is important to start with a budget.   2. What happens after I use the build tool?We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your selections and discuss the details of your project. We will ask for your CAD plan if you have one before we begin the design phase of the project.
  3. What brands of furniture do you sell?We have several manufacturing partners including Global and Sit On It.  To get a good feel for our furniture please visit our virtual showroom for a cutting edge showroom experience. 
  4. What is FAAS (furniture as a service)? Isn’t it just renting?Furniture as a service means your furniture problem is solved. Our furniture as a service plans include ongoing support and interior design services so you can make changes as you need them. Traditional renting is much more expensive and doesn’t have the flexibility FAAS offers. You are also back at square one once the term ends. 
  5. How fast can I get my furniture?Timing can vary and is dependent on what we have stocked in your area. We have designed NexGen to be as fast as possible. We have many options which can be installed within a month. Click here for more information about industry lead times.
  6. What is included in your pricing?Our pricing includes delivery, installation and design services. You will have no surprise charges with NexGen and we get you pricing quickly. Our pricing does not include any required electrical or data cabling services.
